For over 20 years, Rachel has focused her career on developing care models and services for low-income individuals with complex physical health, behavioral health, and social needs.
Rachel founded her own independent consulting firm in 2022. Prior to that, she spent ten years with the Center for Health Care Strategies’ complex populations team, ultimately serving as director of the portfolio. Earlier in her career, she led the development and implementation of a complex care management program within the New York City public hospital system, and was a bilingual case manager for people living with HIV/AIDS in Boulder, Colorado.
